Do I need planning permission?

In most cases, no. There are limitations on size and position, as well uses, however, it is rare to be declined in most instances. Please enquire for further details.

What is it made of?

We utilise the SIP construction method (structurally insulated panels), with the main fabric of the building being manufactured off site, for assembly on site. 
It is then finished inside and out to your specification. This gives unparalleled thermal performance, allowing you to comfortably use your building all year round.  Expected lifespan of this construction is 40-50 years.

What about services?

We can connect your building to the mains electricity, internet, water and drains as required.  Some restrictions apply and these can be discussed.

Are they secure?

It will be as secure as your home.  All windows and doors are of the same standard as you would find on a house.  Alarms can be fitted if required.

What about decking, patios or paths?

If you require any hard landscaping, decking or any other work to compliment your building we can help.
